    For UK customer, orders can take 7 � 10 working days. For overseas customers, please allow 28 working days.

  4. Where is my refund?

    If you have paid by credit card, your refund will be returned straight to the original card used, which can take 3 � 5 working days from the date the refund is issued. However if you made a direct debit payment, you will receive a cheque in the post, which can take up to 10 working days.
