  1. Where can I return my item for a refund?

    • A full refund (excluding shipping) will be given once your returned item has been received within the money-back guarantee time frame. Please return your item, with proof of shipping, to the below address:

  3. Where is my order?

    • For UK customer, orders can take 7 10 working days. For overseas customers, please allow 28 working days.

  4. Where is my refund?

    • If you have paid by credit card, your refund will be returned straight to the original card used, which can take 3 5 working days from the date the refund is issued. However if you made a direct debit payment, you will receive a cheque in the post, which can take up to 10 working days.

  5. Why can I not order Natural Joint Defence overseas?

    • This product is only available to UK customers. If you reside outside of the UK, you can purchase the product directly from Cell'innov.
