Where is my refund?
For UK customer, orders can take 7 – 10 working days. For overseas customers, please allow 28 working days.
Why can I not order Natural Joint Defence overseas?
If you have paid by credit card, your refund will be returned straight to the original card used, which can take 3 – 5 working days from the date the refund is issued. However if you made a direct debit payment, you will receive a cheque in the post, which can take up to 10 working days.

To cancel your subscription please call customer services on 020 7633 3655 (Monday to Friday 9am – 17.30pm). You can also submit a cancellation request via the 'contact us' form.
